We recently relocated to Toronto from Montreal and were looking to rent a place near the financial district.  We were having a hard time finding an agent who was willing to work with our hours and get us into the units we wanted to see.  Around 11:00pm one night I came across one of Sal’s listings, emailed him and within 15 minutes had a response.   Not only did Sal manage to get us 2 days later into the unit I had emailed him about - that same night he brought us into an additional 5 units that matched what we were looking for. Being new to the city we had a lot of questions all of which Sal was able to answer.  Even after we rented the condo Sal was always available to help us…  Up until we got the keys Sal was in constant contact with us answering questions and making suggestions, he even arranged for us to get back into the unit so we could take measurements .  We got the keys April 1st and Sal has contacted us twice since to make sure everything was ok.  Sal definitely  made our move a lot easier and we love the condo he found for us!

Sal was helpful, quick and efficient. he found me a nice place, right where I want to be.  He was recommended by a friend who moved to the area just before I did and I'm glad I called him. My experience was super good.
