Hi, Sal referred me to you. I am selling my condo and it needs to be staged as I personally don't like the tenant's furniture. So, the issues are: 1. the tenant is still living in the space 2. I am on a budget but have nicer items that the tenant said I can move in but we'll still need to negotiate his furniture and his use of things 3. I need to paint but only on the weekends so this request also extends to any moving of furniture but the elevator is not available so massive all in one moves are not possible. Let me know how you'd like to proceed as I don't want to waste your time if it will not work out from a budget, tenant, or moving perspective. Thanks. Robb
Hi!Am moving into a brand new (build oecpletmd in late November) townhouse on Saturday. it has been a bit of struggle with the finishing and the payments so i would like to move into a positive space that moves forward. I read your advice on clearing old chi upon moving into a new home, but I was hoping for advice to welcome or open a completely new house?Found you through Google, you are obviously the most qualified to answer my questions as you are owned by a Westie!Any advice for a new, NEW house would be greatly appreciated,Amanda & Fergus the WHW
